30-Day Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Unopened or Defective
Product must be unopened or demonstrably defective.

Important: Biological Products Are Perishable
AgConcepts biological products contain live or dormant microbial cultures, enzymes, and other organic components that have a finite shelf life and can be affected by temperature extremes, improper storage, and contamination. Because of this, we cannot accept returns of opened biological products unless the product is demonstrably defective upon arrival.
We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery before signing the freight bill and storing all products according to label directions immediately upon receipt.
What We Accept for Return
✓Unopened Product Within 30 Days
If you ordered too much or ordered the wrong product, we will accept returns of factory-sealed, unopened product within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return freight costs.
✓Damaged or Defective Product
If your order arrived damaged in transit or is defective (wrong product, seal failure, contamination), we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You must report damage within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos. Note any damage on the freight bill before signing.
✓Incorrect Order (Our Error)
If we shipped you the wrong product or quantity, we will arrange pickup and send the correct order at no additional cost.
What We Cannot Accept
✗Opened Biological Products
Once a biological product has been opened, it cannot be returned or resold. This is standard across the biological fertilizer industry.
✗Product Held Beyond 30 Days
We cannot accept returns of product that was delivered more than 30 days ago, regardless of whether it has been opened.
✗Improperly Stored Product
We are not responsible for product that was damaged due to improper storage (freezing, heat exposure, contamination) after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us First
Email or call us before sending anything back. We need to issue a return authorization and arrange freight pickup or provide a return shipping label.
Package the Product Safely
Drums and totes must be sealed and on their original pallet for return freight. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping if the product is not properly secured.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
